Assigning a thread
To assign threads you need an API key with the following permissions:
thread:assignthread:read
Where res.data is the full thread:
Unassigning threads
To unassign threads you need an API key with the following permissions:
thread:unassignthread:read
Where res.data is the full thread like with assignment.
